These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products and services offered by MercyYenKitchen (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

• Order Placement & Confirmation
• All orders are placed either via our Instagram direct message, phone/WhatsApp, or here on our webiste as communicated.
• Once you submit an order, we will send a confirmation message (via DM, WhatsApp, or other) to acknowledge receipt. That confirmation does not always guarantee final acceptance—some orders may be cancelled due to supply, delivery, or other constraints.
• Pricing & Payment
• Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) [or your currency] and as displayed at the time of order.
• Payment methods accepted: [e.g., bank transfer, cash on delivery, mobile money, Flutterwave, etc.].
• Payments may, in some cases, be required up front—especially for large orders or customized items.
• Production & Delivery Times

• Quality & Allergies

• Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering. We will do our best, but cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.
• Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
• Because of the nature of perishable goods, we generally do not accept returns once products have been delivered unless there is a quality defect or the product is significantly different from what was ordered.
• If your order is wrong or a mistake is on our part, contact us within [e.g. 2-4 hours] of delivery with photo evidence, and we will make it right (refund, replacement, etc.).

• Intellectual Property
• All content (photos, logos, text) on our social media or website is owned by MercyYenKitchen. Unauthorized use without permission is prohibited.
• Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, MercyYenKitchen is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products.
• Our liability in any case shall not exceed the cost of the order in question.
• Governing Law
• These Terms are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Lagos State], Nigeria.
